How do I book a cleaning service?

How do I get a quotation?
Fill in our quote form, call us or send us a WhatsApp message. For larger jobs we may arrange a site assessment, or assess remotely using photos and videos.
How much do cleaning services cost in Kenya?
The cost depends on the size and condition of the property, the service and the frequency. We provide a clear quotation after understanding your requirements, and may assess larger jobs on site.
Do you offer one-time and recurring cleaning?
Yes. We provide one-off, periodic and recurring services, and we adapt each one to the size, condition and requirements of your property.
Do you provide cleaning contracts?
Yes. We can structure daily, weekly, monthly or periodic programmes, including multi-branch contracts across Kenya.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials and equipment?
No. Our team arrives with the materials and equipment needed for the job. Equipment and supplies are assessed and provided according to the nature of the job.
Do you serve areas outside Nairobi?
Yes. S & M Cleaners Limited serves clients across Kenya: Nairobi and its surroundings (including Kiambu, Thika, Ruiru, Juja, Kitengela, Athi River, Syokimau, Ngong, Rongai, Kikuyu and Limuru), the Coast, Western and Lake region, the Rift Valley, Central and Eastern Kenya, and North and North Eastern Kenya. Service is subject to assessment. Tell us your location and we will confirm availability. For remote areas, travel and mobilisation may be quoted separately. See the areas we serve.

Which services do you provide?
We cover residential and commercial cleaning, post-construction clean-ups, carpet, sofa and mattress cleaning, water tank cleaning, hygiene and sanitisation, and fumigation and pest control, among others. View all services.
Do you offer deep cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning is available for homes, offices, apartments, hotels and other facilities.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. We clean small offices and large commercial facilities, with daily, weekly or periodic schedules.
Do you clean carpets and sofas?
Yes. We provide specialised carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. Mattress cleaning, stain treatment and deodorising are available.
Do you provide post-construction cleaning?
Yes. We provide rough, fine, detail and final cleaning for newly built or renovated properties.
Do you clean windows?
Yes. Residential and commercial windows and glass, including high-level glass.
Do you clean car interiors?
Yes. We clean seats, carpets, dashboards, door panels, glass and boots, and offer sanitising and odour removal for private cars, vans, matatus and fleets.
Do you clean kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes. Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning is available on its own or as part of a deep clean, move-out clean or Airbnb turnover, including grease, limescale, grout and drain cleaning, with oven and fridge cleaning on request.
Water Tanks
Do you clean water tanks?
Yes. We clean and disinfect roof, ground and underground water tanks for homes, estates, schools and businesses, either once or on a schedule. Tank cleaning does not replace laboratory testing if you need to confirm that water is fit to drink.
How often should a water tank be cleaned?
Many households and businesses clean their tanks every six months. Tanks fed by boreholes or water tankers, or tanks in direct sun, may need cleaning more often. We will advise you after assessing your tank.
Fumigation & Pest Control
Do you offer fumigation and pest control?
Yes, subject to applicable licensing, qualified personnel and the requirements of the specific service. We treat bedbugs, cockroaches, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, ants, flies and more.
Can you fumigate and clean in the same visit?
Yes. Our Fumigation + Deep Clean Bundle combines both.
